By collaborating on their latest project, two experienced P2P borrowers, builder Nathan Priestly and developer Alex Shanks, were able to secure funding very quickly for their latest venture, which was secured against the property.

Priestley Homes converts former mills and offices into residential apartments for global investors. Recent successful projects include student blocks, residential apartments and town houses – many of which were funded by P2P loans. Their latest collaboration continues the proven trend and capitalises on the trust built up by the property sector among P2P lenders, the successful track record of these borrowers and the role of FP as sponsor in supporting the borrowers and protecting the lenders.
